The Judith K. Otsyula has been appointed as the new Director General of the Kenya Roads Board, effective February 18, 2026.
Her appointment follows a competitive recruitment process by the Board of Directors, which highlighted Otsyula’s extensive experience in infrastructure development, strategic programme management, and institutional governance spanning over 20 years.
She is recognized for delivering transformative infrastructure projects and strengthening public sector institutions.
